As a learning and development professional and certified coach and mentor, I’ve spent the last 30 years working in organisations at every level, supporting people through both personal and professional challenges. I have spent my career championing people’s mental health and wellbeing. I have run wellbeing programmes and became a Mental Health First Aider, Grief First Aider as well as a menopause champion to support people in the workplace, who were often struggling silently.
But I wanted something more meaningful to help people further. Over the last 15 years, I've been on my own counselling journey, and it's transformed my life. That personal experience showed me the real power of therapy and inspired me to train as a counsellor myself. I wanted to offer others the same kind of support that helped me.
Growing up with childhood epilepsy, it taught me about strength and resilience. Having a disability, I've faced mental, emotional and physical challenges, and while those experiences were difficult, they've given me a deep understanding of what it means to struggle and to overcome. When you sit with me, you're working with someone who truly gets it.
I believe counselling works best when there's genuine connection and understanding. I'm here to listen, support and walk alongside you, whatever you're going through.

I'm committed to ongoing professional development and work within the NCPS ethical framework, receiving regular clinical supervision to ensure I provide the highest standard of care.
